Form W-9 is used in the U.S. income tax system by a third party who must file an information return with the IRS. It asks for the name, address, and taxpayer identification information in the form of a social security number or employer identification number. The form is never submitted to the IRS but is maintained by the filing person for verification purposes.

Form W-4 - Employee Withholding Benefit Certificate is an IRS tax form that a person in the United States fills out to tell their employer their tax situation. Form W-4 tells the employer the correct amount of tax to be withheld from the employee's paycheck.

IRS Form 1040 is one of the official documents that US taxpayers can use to file their annual tax return. The form is divided into sections where you can report your income and deductions. You can determine the amount of tax you owe or the refund you can expect to receive.

Form 1065 - US RPI is a tax document issued by the IRS and used to declare the profits, losses, deductions, and credits of a business partnership. Form 1065 gives the IRS a snapshot of a company's financial condition for a year. Partners are required to pay income tax on their income regardless of whether it has been allocated or not.

Form 1099 is one of several IRS tax forms used in the United States to prepare and file information reports that list different types of income other than wages, salaries, and tips. This form is used to report payments to independent contractors, property rental income, interest and dividend income, sales proceeds, and other miscellaneous income.
